This group is designed for women navigating the grief of miscarriage, stillbirth, ectopic pregnancy, TFMR, or other forms of pregnancy loss. Whether your loss was recent or years ago, you’re welcome here. This group blends nervous system support and trauma-informed processing in a space that honors your story and your pace.

This 6-week in-person offering is a collaboration between Milk & Honey Counseling Studio and Louisville Natural Health, designed to provide holistic, trauma-informed support for women navigating pregnancy loss at any stage.

What to expect:

• Each Friday session begins with a 45-minute Nervous System Reset (somatic breathwork + acupuncture) to help you ground and reconnect with your body (led by the practitioners at Louisville Natural Health).

• We then transition into a 90-minute processing group to explore the emotional impact of loss in a safe, supportive space (led by Christy, licensed trauma therapist)

• A safe, supportive space to share, reflect, and heal

• Small group setting for deeper connection (max 7 participants)

More Details:

• This is a closed group, which means it’s not open for walk-ins or last minute reservations. You will be with the same individuals each week for the duration of the group.

• Participants are expected to attend all sessions to support group cohesiveness and create a sense of safety and trust within the group.

• The dates of this group are August 8, 15, 22, September 5, 12, and 19.

• The nervous system reset is an optional add-on and carries a separate $35 fee per session.

• Louisville Natural Health will host a meet and greet prior to our first session to orient individuals to somatic breathwork and the group space.

• Registration for the nervous system reset must be completed directly through Louisville Natural Health. You will receive an email to complete that sign up, along with your intake paperwork.
